Install Flawless on your computer.
Your flawless self runs natively on your desktop — no browser tab fighting with your charts. Grab the installer, sign in with the credentials we emailed you, and you’re in.
Not sure? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac → if it says M1/M2/M3/M4, pick Apple Silicon. If it says Intel, pick Intel.

On Mac
- 1Open the .dmg file you just downloaded
- 2Drag Flawless into your Applications folder
- 3Right-click the Flawless icon → click Open (the first time only)
- 4Click Open in the security dialog — you're in
- 5Grant microphone access when prompted
On Windows
- 1Run the .exe installer you just downloaded
- 2If SmartScreen shows a blue warning, click "More info" → "Run anyway"
- 3Follow the installer prompts
- 4Launch Flawless from the Start menu
- 5Grant microphone access when prompted
Why the right-click step?
We’re a new studio shipping direct to you. Apple and Microsoft flag every new app until the developer pays them a yearly fee for a “notarized” certificate. We’d rather put that money into the product. The app is safe — it’s the same code running on your browser version, just packaged as a desktop app.
On Mac, if right-click → Open doesn’t work on the first try, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click “Open Anyway” next to Flawless.
