Terms of Service

Flawless Trading System (“Flawless”, “we”, “us”) is a voice-first accountability tool for active traders. You record an onboarding call so we can clone your voice, then an AI version of you — your “flawless self” — talks you through live trading sessions to help you follow your own rules. These terms govern your use of the service at flawlesstrader.com and any related applications (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not designed for minors.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person — don’t share logins.

Flawless charges a one-time $998 CAD setup fee plus a recurring $28.99 CAD/month subscription. Both are billed in advance via Stripe on the day you enroll.

Setup fee ($998) is non-refundable.It covers your sales consultation, voice cloning, AI flawless-self setup, and first month of access. Once that work is delivered, we don’t refund it.

Recurring subscription is cancellable anytime.Cancel from the Stripe customer portal (linked in Settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We don’t prorate partial months.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don’t accept it. The one-time setup fee is locked at the price you paid.

To provide the core feature — an AI clone of your voice — we record and store audio samples of you speaking. This is biometric data and deserves special care. By using Flawless you explicitly consent to:

• audio capture during the onboarding call and any additional training sessions you initiate
• storage of that audio in our Supabase storage infrastructure
• processing of that audio to train and operate your personal AI voice model

Your voice sample is used only to generate yourAI sessions. We don’t sell it, don’t share it with advertisers, don’t use it to train public models, and don’t let other users access it.

You can delete your voice sample at any time from Settings → Voice sample. This deletes every copy we hold and revokes your consent. After deletion, sessions fall back to a default voice until you re-record.

Flawless is an accountability and journaling tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or registered investment professional. Nothing said by your AI flawless self, displayed in the app, or generated from your data constitutes investment advice, trading recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

Trading is risky. You can lose money — including more than you deposit on leveraged instruments. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Everything you put into Flawless — voice recordings, transcripts, rules, trade journal entries, notes — is your content. You own it. We get a limited license to host, display, and process it purely to provide the Service to you.

You’re responsible for what you upload. Don’t upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have permission to use.

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of the Service
• share your voice clone or account with anyone else
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
• upload malware, scraped content, or copyrighted material you don’t own
• use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• circumvent rate limits, security controls, or payment gates

The Service itself — the software, UI, brand, prompts, AI models we’ve trained on non-personal data — is ours. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for the duration of your subscription.

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Voice generation depends on third-party AI providers (Replicate, Groq, Anthropic) which occasionally have outages. We may perform maintenance that requires brief downtime; where possible we’ll give advance notice.

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or that we can’t identify reliably. If we terminate you for violation, you aren’t entitled to a refund for the current billing period.

On termination, your voice sample and personal data are deleted within 30 days unless you ask for earlier deletion or we’re legally required to retain something.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Flawless is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for things we can’t legally exclude, like gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Montreal. If you’re a consumer outside Quebec, this doesn’t remove protections you have under your local consumer law.
